Eat good food, exercise regularly and respect that body. You're only going to get one so make it the best you can. So yeah, I do eat pretty healthily anyways but I usually don't say no to a bit of cake or some biscuits if they're about so for the next two weeks I'm going to eat super clean and I'll get my sugar kicks from good and natural sources. Queue a trip to the supermarket. So far this week I have enjoyed my creation of a superfood 'rainbow' salad.

The salad consists of spinach leaves, boiled and seasoned with spices sweet potato cubes, half an avocado, cucumber, chickpeas, butter beans, pomegranate seeds, red pepper, grated carrot, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, and lime juice. A lot of ingredients but it doesn't take that long to prepare and man is it worth it! It's really filling and so very tasty.
Before I started my two weeks of clean eating I read about chia seeds. They have loads of benefits such as high in fibre, omega-3, protein, calcium, etc. The list just goes on and on, read all about them here. I have been making myself chia pudding all week and I have it after my morning core workout before I leave for work. It's really easy to make and such a good way to get all the benefits of the chia seeds into your diet. I plan on being more adventurous next week, I just need to buy some berries to add as toppings.
1. Add a few teaspoons of greek yoghurt to a small tupperware container
2. Add a teaspoon of honey (I've been lucky enough to have some honey from my mam's bees! Delicious and adds a nice floral element to the honey)
